By using RippleFiles, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
RippleFiles is a mobile file management application that allows users to organize, manage, and view files on their local device, as well as access and manage files stored in Google Drive.
The App offers an optional integration with Google Drive to allow you to manage your cloud files directly from within the App. You must explicitly grant the App permission to access your Google Drive.
The App only requests the minimum permissions necessary to view and manage your files (DriveScopes.DRIVE_READONLY / DriveScopes.DRIVE_FILE). The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not store, intercept, or share your Google Drive credentials or files on any third-party servers. All operations happen directly between your device and Google's servers.
You are solely responsible for the files you manage, transfer, or delete using the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We are not responsible for any accidental deletion or loss of data resulting from the use of the App.
All code, design, graphics, and interfaces within the App are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the developer of RippleFiles be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or files.
